Thank you for shopping with Books By Simone. We appreciate every order and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Because our books, journals, activity books, and other printed products are physical items that may be opened or used after delivery, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your name
Order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong book
Items that have been opened, written in, colored in, or otherwise used
Minor variations in color or printing that do not affect the use of the product

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital or Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable materials, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once purchased or accessed, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
