Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During holidays, new releases, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take a little longer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows unusual delays or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can help review the situation.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or the shipping carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Books By Simone within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Books By Simone because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
